Please note: We charge a fee of £30 to inspect and diagnose your fault. After the inspection we will give you an estimate of the full cost of repair. If you decide to go ahead with the repair we waive the diagnostic fee. If you decide to not go ahead with the repair the £30 fee will apply.
We always endeavour to get your repair done as quickly as possible, however given the current circumstances and workload, repairs are likely to take at least 3-5 days. We do offer a fast-track service for business customers at a charge of £30, please call us on 01603 400200 for more information.
An engineer will call you once the repair is complete to arrange collection and payment.
