If the computer fails to boot or exhibits other fatal errors then a Health Check cannot be completed and you should talk to the engineer about the troubleshooting service we offer.
We do not offer healthchecks for Apple computers and PCs without a Windows Operating system.

Data Recovery
We offer an inhouse service for advanced data recovery from Hard drives, Flash drives, Flash Memory cards and MP3 Players.
We will quote before proceeding with any data recovery, in some cases a small charge may be applicable to see if any data can be retrieved.
A minimum admin fee of £10 is payable in respect of any PC booked in for testing or work, unless covered by warranty.
Note:
Virus or spyware removal is not covered by warranty it is the customers sole responsibility to make sure their anti-virus software is up to date.
